On the weekend of the 27^th and 28^th of February, Rally America will be in Salem. This is a National event, therefore resulting in our Motels, Hotels and Bed and Breakfasts being filled to capacity. There is a need for more rooms for some of the Rally organizers, drivers and team members to stay close to the start-finish line. They are willing to pay a modest fee in order to be able to do that. It is also a possibility that spectators coming in to the area will create a need for extra rooms.

      Salem is the headquarters for this event, making it essential that Salem provide the accommodations needed for Rally America to continue their event here. This will in turn help our community by keeping our visitors either in, or close to the Salem area.

     If you have a room that you would be willing to rent for two or three days, you can call the Chamber of Commerce at 573-729-6900 and we will get your contact information, including how many rooms, the location and rental price, to the proper person within Rally America, so that your room, or rooms, can be posted as being available for those dates. Rooms could be needed on Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday, February 28^th.

     The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for handling any monetary exchanges in regards to deposits or money due to the renter.  The Chamber is also not responsible for any damages or loss in regards to these agreements.
